This position operates within the framework of a Detox Center, providing a unique setting that emphasizes both mental and physical health recovery. While primarily remote, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes case managers and psychiatrists. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, leveraging a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy, to address client concerns.

• Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support that addresses multifaceted issues.

• Administer crisis intervention techniques when necessary, using your training and empathy to assist clients navigating acute mental health crises.

• Engage in community outreach programs and workshops to promote mental health awareness, educate the public about available resources, and combat stigma surrounding mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence to address the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
