Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations via teletherapy or in-person when necessary, accurately identifying clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services adapted to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies, fostering a collaborative approach in care delivery.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, offering immediate support and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, facilitating workshops, and promoting available services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
