Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs accurately, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect these assessments.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, groups, and families. Employ modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and other therapeutic approaches based on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute distress, utilizing your training and empathy to guide clients through challenging situations.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging individuals to seek help.

Your work as a Mental Health Therapist will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those coping with anxiety and depression, and families seeking support through difficult transitions. Qualifications\n

• MUST hold an independent and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Must have completed a master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with clients from a range of backgrounds.

• Ability to showcase cultural sensitivity and competence in your therapeutic approach, helping to create a safe and inclusive space for all clients.

• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
