Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients manage stress, cultivate emotional resilience, and foster relaxation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments that explore clients' unique stressors and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to suit their individual needs.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, thereby promoting a supportive community.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Experience in conducting assessments and creating therapeutic plans that effectively integrate mindfulness strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
