Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address these needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant interventions for individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, actively contributing to the enhancement of community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
