Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Setting therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, consistently monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offering teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face obstacles that impede in-person visits, ensuring accessibility and continued support.

• Maintaining accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory practices.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for professionals who meet the following criteria:

• A current and valid state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Candidates with a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n
