Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring modalities fit the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and client feedback.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility issues or scheduling constraints.

• Document therapy sessions and client interactions accurately and promptly to comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing continuing education and professional development to expand your clinical expertise and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
