• This position is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively from the comfort of your home.

• As a full-time employee, you will be expected to work over 30 hours a week, with the option for part-time hours exceeding 5 hours weekly if desired.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and empathetic mental health counseling via video sessions, focusing on creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering their mental health.

• Regularly help clients build coping, problem-solving, and communication skills to improve their day-to-day functioning and emotional resilience.

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring minimal paperwork, allowing you to devote more time to client interaction.

• Utilize a user-friendly counseling platform to provide seamless therapy sessions and track client progress efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support. Many clients may be dealing with issues related to stress, anxiety, and depression, requiring you to apply your expertise in developing effective, individualized coping strategies. Through engaging with this population, you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the positive outcomes of your therapeutic interventions on their mental and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Applicants must hold a current state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD .

• Independent licensure without supervision is essential, alongside a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling sessions.

• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for uninterrupted service delivery.
