Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on their individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families through a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or in emergency situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and strong communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
