Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs effectively. This may involve using standardized assessment tools and collaboration with other health professionals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including setting measurable goals and employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including group, family, and individual therapy sessions, utilizing approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing your clinical skills and empathy to guide them through urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

• An independent, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master’s or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
