Although you will primarily engage with clients via teletherapy, you will also have access to our Hospice Center facilities if in-person sessions are warranted. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring they align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's circumstances, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused brief therapy.

• Effectively communicate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and milestones, regularly monitoring progress and adapting treatment methods accordingly.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation to reflect each client's progress while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid professional license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective and empathetic therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently, with the ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
