Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while utilizing our advanced telehealth platform. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the extent of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and progress.

• Providing education to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment pathways, and self-care methodologies to foster empowerment and understanding.

• Monitoring and documenting clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engaging in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Staying informed about the latest advancements in mood disorder treatments and research to enhance your therapeutic interventions.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals living with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health principles and demonstrated skills in conducting assessments and delivering therapy.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills that enable building strong therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will also possess:

• At least two years of post-licensure experience working specifically with mood disorders.
