Work Environment\n

This position is exclusively remote, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life effectively. Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a vital member of our therapeutic team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients’ symptoms of mood disorders, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, is essential.

• Demonstrated understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists.
