Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including but not limited to cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy—for individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach, facilitating communication regarding treatment goals and progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

Your client base will encompass a wide range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, or a doctoral degree in Psychology.
