Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and impact on clients’ daily lives.

• Develop tailored treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, outlining specific therapeutic goals and methods.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their conditions.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote better mental health.

• Regularly monitor client progress, reviewing treatment efficacy, and adjusting plans based on outcomes and client feedback.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to create a unified treatment approach.

• Stay informed on the latest research related to mood disorders and treatment methodologies, incorporating new knowledge into your practice.

This role primarily serves individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices for mood disorders.

• Strong collaborative skills, particularly in working with psychiatrists regarding psychopharmacology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
