Work Environment\n

This remote position is designed to provide flexibility while supporting a collaborative team dynamic. You will regularly interact with colleagues through virtual meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills further. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. You will have the tools and resources necessary to deliver high-quality care from the comfort of your own setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity and challenges associated with mood disorders, establishing baseline data for treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment protocols based on the effectiveness of interventions and client feedback.

• Provide educational resources and support to both clients and their families, guiding them in understanding mood disorders and effective self-care strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and team meetings to share insights, discuss complex cases, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation according to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records reflect true clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals suffering from a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. These clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be tasked with fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices with a focus on treating mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with two or more years of post-licensure experience, specifically treating mood disorders, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with psychopharmacology and interdisciplinary collaboration will also enhance your candidacy. A proven history of positive clinical outcomes in treating clients with mood disorders is a significant plus.
