Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine individualized therapy strategies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to maximize client support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
