Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients in individual, group, and family therapy settings to effectively address various mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients, including case management and community resource identification.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and continuing education to stay informed on current mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n
