Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' backgrounds, substance use history, and mental health, thereby determining appropriate treatment strategies.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that encompass both addiction and mental health concerns, applying evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to encourage engagement and commitment to recovery.

• Work closely with fellow team members, including medical staff and case managers, to coordinate care, ensuring a well-rounded support system for clients at every stage of their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on adults struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field is essential.
