Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients and the option for in-person sessions at our Chandler outpatient office as needed. The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' stressors, mental health challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring individualized mindfulness practices to meet their needs.

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, during one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help clients cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, creating a collaborative and engaging learning atmosphere.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to enhance their coping skills and promote relaxation.

• Document and track client progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment plans are continuously updated to reflect evolving client goals and responses to interventions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers, integrating mindfulness with other therapeutic approaches to offer holistic care.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, including ongoing training in mindfulness methodologies to enhance both personal practice and therapeutic offerings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
