Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including group, individual, and family therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a consistent support network.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to both clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to manage mental health conditions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years experience in mental health counseling is required, ideally within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 84,000, with adjustments based on experience, education, skills, and contributions.
