Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their specific needs, challenges, and therapy goals.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that employ evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to foster self-efficacy and behavior change.

• Lead group therapy sessions that provide a safe space for clients to share experiences and strategies, enhancing their recovery journey through peer support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and cohesive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
