Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to better understand client needs, backgrounds, and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific goals related to clients’ emotional and psychological well-being.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals and routinely monitor client progress to ensure effective intervention.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring consistent support for clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual consultations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards to ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices.

• Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice in Arizona as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
