Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while ensuring that our clients receive the care they need through a virtual platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through video conferencing sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to understand their unique situations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' challenges, preferences, and goals, while utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Engage clients in regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and provide ongoing support and resources.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages client participation and growth.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and follow through with referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with will include individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will cater to a diverse population, providing culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and effective client management.

• Adept knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
