Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and maintain productive therapeutic relationships.

• Strong cultural sensitivity, allowing effective interaction with individuals from a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
