Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs through comprehensive intakes and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services and implement treatment modalities that foster recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system.

• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to ensure a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Manage a full caseload effectively, balancing multiple clients while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and other relevant therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to work independently while also being a proactive participant in team-based care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of documented experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a telehealth or remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
