Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions with patients, utilizing video conferencing tools to provide a safe and confidential environment.

• Performing comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments, reviewing medical histories, and gathering essential patient data.

• Developing individualized behavioral health treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patients' mental health and monitor progress throughout their treatment.

• Maintaining accurate and secure patient records, including therapy notes and evaluation summaries, in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients through virtual interactions.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge of evidence-based practice methods in mental health.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with various digital communication platforms.

• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

Qualified candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling or therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n

At Skyrise Behavioral Health System, we value our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year. In addition to your base pay, there is also the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
