This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also engaging in occasional collaborative sessions at our outpatient office in Buckeye, AZ. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, providing support and guidance to participants in an empathetic and nurturing environment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions to remain updated with the latest advances in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may experience obstacles to accessing traditional mental health care. We work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Strong understanding of state and federal mental health regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, underpinned by an ability to connect and inspire trust in clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Proficient use of EMR systems and familiarity with digital documentation workflows.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses and presenting issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
