This full-time position allows for remote work while providing outpatient mental health services to our diverse clientele. Work Environment\n

This role is set within a supportive and flexible outpatient setting. Our remote work model allows LMFTs to maintain a healthy work-life balance while managing their schedules. You can expect to work a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the flexibility to choose your caseload and work hours. A variety of service modalities, including telehealth and hybrid options, empower our therapists to meet clients where they are comfortable.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a systemic and relational approach to provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with Arizona's regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings, peer consultations, and training sessions to enhance therapeutic practices and stay updated on industry standards.

• Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all clinical practices, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care.

The clients you will serve at West Bridge Psychological Center range from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to couples navigating relational conflicts and families dealing with systemic issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active Arizona LMFT license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong foundation in family systems theory and an understanding of relational therapy approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage diverse client populations effectively.

• A self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
