This role is designed for an LPC to work remotely within the Buckeye, Arizona area, primarily servicing clients through both telehealth and occasional in-person meetings in our newly designed outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on diverse mental health needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy to deliver personalized care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and continuity of care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of current best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
