Work Environment\n

As a member of our team, you will work remotely within an outpatient office setting, providing care from a distance while still collaborating with your colleagues. Our flexible work hours, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, allow you to manage your caseload effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse clientele.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) software.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and cultural contexts. The ideal candidate will adapt therapeutic approaches to effectively engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. You will utilize a trauma-informed care framework to ensure sensitivity and effectiveness in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal regulations governing the practice of counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
