Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships and upholding professional boundaries and ethics throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss progress, assess stability, and address any upcoming appointments or discharge plans, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

• Design, implement, and diligently monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal outcomes for each client.

• Maintain comprehensive treatment documentation and progress notes in accordance with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate the needs and goals of clients entering the practice.

• Offer weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to meet varied client needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance professional skills and reflect on clinical practices.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients comprise a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals and families coping with mental health challenges, emotional disorders, and life transitions. As a counselor in our outpatient setting, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to suit the unique needs and circumstances of each client, employing a variety of techniques to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.

• Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and similar software applications.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches.

• Comfortable and skilled at conducting intake assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs from the outset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate for this position can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. Our organization utilizes a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates with payment made ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursements.
