Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations with clients to devise personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.

• Regularly update and maintain detailed clinical records that are compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy by engaging in ongoing professional development and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
