Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals and couples through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and private environment for sessions.

• Complete detailed intake assessments to understand client histories, needs, and therapy goals, utilizing this information to create personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited to the specific needs of clients, drawing on training and experience with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, with an emphasis on compliance, confidentiality, and quality care.

• Participate in virtual case consultations, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance care plans and outcomes.

• Engage in optional team training sessions to continue professional development and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will collaborate with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects and integrates their unique experiences and cultural perspectives into the therapy process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active LPC license in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment.

• A solid background in individual or relational therapy, demonstrating a commitment to effective patient care.

• Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload, exhibiting proactive communication and self-management skills.

• A reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and basic proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting, demonstrating knowledge of virtual therapeutic techniques.

• Training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.

• Previous experience engaging in clinical training or peer supervision environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
