• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that prioritize client goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Employ active listening and empathetic communication to support clients in navigating personal challenges and mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to facilitate holistic client care and ensure integrated treatment approaches.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in trainings, workshops, and staying current with the latest industry research and best practices in counseling.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and relationship issues. A commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with individuals from various demographics is essential. Your work will enable these clients to achieve personal growth, develop coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• A demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, showcasing cultural competence and adaptability.

• Previous experience in a therapeutic outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, you will benefit from unlimited client referrals, allowing you to dedicate more time to your clients rather than administrative tasks, as our staff handles billing and paperwork.
