Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish individualized therapy plans that address their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and effectively facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams consisting of other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards while contributing to the ongoing improvement of therapeutic practices.

• Participate in continuing education workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
