Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed evaluations to assess clients' trauma histories and tailor treatment options accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized trauma recovery plans that draw upon evidence-based therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in processing their trauma and building effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive treatment for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including assault, natural disasters, and other distressing life events. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or a PsyD.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, dependent on your qualifications and experience.
