Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Implement specialized treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, routinely evaluating their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy best practices to conduct sessions virtually, ensuring the comfort and accessibility for all clients.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular training and professional development to continuously improve therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that promote strong therapeutic relationships.

• A deep sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to counseling.

• Robust organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly evidence-based practices that address symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
