You will engage in regular video consultations and participate in team meetings, ensuring that your impact on patient care remains strong. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities to address diverse mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in documentation.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional growth and improve service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them through their recovery journeys.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to continuously enhance your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population seeking support for various mental health challenges. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to tailor treatment approaches based on individual client assessments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships with clients and collaborating with team members.
