Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health and substance use disorders, identifying co-occurring issues to inform effective treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored treatment strategies that include evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to empower clients with skills necessary for managing their disorders, including coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention strategies.

• Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between all caregivers involved in each client’s treatment.

• Perform regular substance use monitoring while employing motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and adherence to treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience you bring to our team.
