Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients, incorporating considerations of their medical history and co-occurring conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address psychiatric and medical needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions and patient-centered approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best meet the needs of your patients while promoting recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a network of medical professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care, coordinating treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support services, assessing risk factors and implementing immediate therapeutic strategies during acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about the interplay between mental health and physical well-being, equipping them with tools to manage their health and enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
