Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities tailored to each patient's specific circumstances, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, demonstrating composure and skill during mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on supporting a diverse patient population, particularly individuals facing co-occurring conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use challenges, and chronic pain. You will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and promoting recovery in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A strong background in addressing mental health needs, particularly for patients with complex medical co-morbidities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
