Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with their therapy goals.

• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, emphasizing inclusivity and understanding. Your empathetic approach will help individuals from different backgrounds navigate their unique mental health challenges, and your ability to build rapport quickly will foster trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven experience of at least two years working with a diverse clientele facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as support for professional development opportunities.
