Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health conditions, leading to the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to align with each client's needs.

• Develop therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, actively monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment as needed to improve outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients, especially those facing transportation barriers or who prefer virtual interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
