While primarily operating from home, our therapists have the option to utilize our outpatient office in Newark for in-person sessions as needed. This hybrid model supports the delivery of care to clients who may prefer face-to-face interactions or face challenges accessing virtual therapy, all while maintaining the confidentiality and comfort of a private practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored, comprehensive treatment plans based on these insights.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, adjusting treatment approaches based on their evolving needs and progress.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients seeking virtual support, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure privacy and ease of access.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to refine skills and learn about emerging therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
