Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to promote clients' personal growth and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health counseling license, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trustful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
