Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools within our telehealth system.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as needed to enhance outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health records system to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultations and peer support, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment for both clients and therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will primarily involve working with diverse populations facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum educational requirement of a master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
