Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards to protect patient privacy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer counselors, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.
