Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, specifically identifying co-occurring disorders and their impacts on daily living.

• Facilitate ongoing care coordination by connecting with other professionals within the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment of clients' needs.

• Educate clients and their families on the dynamics between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment plans for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
