Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, employing recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Engage clients in defining and achieving therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating progress to ensure their treatment is aligned with their evolving needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, establishing trust through empathetic and non-judgmental interactions, thus facilitating a safe space for healing.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves an array of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Our remote platform ensures we can reach clients who may have difficulty accessing in-person therapy due to geographical or physical limitations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
